Paris Hilton Testifies Before Congress About Youth Facility Abuse

Paris Hilton testified in front of Congress about protecting children at youth facilities. She relayed some of her experiences at youth facilities where she says she suffered abuse.

She says she was forced to take medications and was sexually abused by staff. Paris says, "I was violently restrained and dragged down hallways, stripped naked and thrown into solitary confinement."

One of the facilities Paris attended was called the Provo Canyon School. Axios reports that this school isn't commenting because it was under different ownership when Paris was there as a teenager.

Paris wants Congress to pass the Stop Institutional Child Abuse Act.
