Liam Neeson's Unknown Wins Weekend Box Office

Unknown, starring Liam Neeson, Diane Kruger and January Jones, won the weekend box office. In the thriller, a man (Liam Neeson) awakens from a coma to find that his identiy has been stolen. Unknown made $21.77 million in its box office win. I Am Number Four, a science fiction thriller starring Alex Pettyfer and Dianna Agron, opened in second place with a box office take of $19.5 million.
Gnomeo and Juliet and Just Go With It both had strong second weeks at the box office. Gnomeo finished third and made $19.4 million, while Just Go With It came in fourt and added $18.2 million to its box office total. Big Mommas: Like Father, Like Son opened in fifth and made $17 million. Justin Bieber's Never Say Never slipped to six place and made $13.6 million.
