Samuel L. Jackson plays a reformed grifter in the thriller The Samaritan. Jackson plays Foley, who is finally free after spending 25 years in prison.
Determined to put his past behind him, he tries to make a new life. But when he meets a young woman named Iris things get complicated. The son of his old partner wants Foley to help him with a major con he has planned, and he won't take no for an answer. The film also stars Luke Kirby, Ruth Negga and Tom Wilkinson.
