The Social Network Movie Trailer
Posted on June 28, 2010
The overly dramatic trailer for The Social Network has arrived. The movie about the Facebook social network portrays Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg in an unfavorable light. The film is based on the book, The Accidental Billionaires by Ben Mezrich. Zuckerberg is played by actor Jesse Eisenberg and the fast-paced dialogue is by screenwriter Aaron Sorkin.
One of the early trailers for the film began with a cover of Radiohead's "Creep" being sung by women. The "creep" in the movie may very well be Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg. The song also works, as Newsweek point outs, for the way some people use Facebook to bring attention to themselves.
Here is the full movie trailer. Take a look:
The first poster for The Social Network has also been revealed. We doubt Zuckerberg will like the movie poster either. It says, "You don't get to 500 million friends without making a few enemies."
