SNL Skewers Bravo's Andy Cohen With Guests from Shahs of Sunset
Posted on April 9, 2012
Saturday Night Live took aim at Bravo's Andy Cohen this past weekend and pretty much painted him as a raving narcissist. Taran Killam plays Cohen as he hosts his show Watch What Happens in which he interviews guests from the new reality show The Shahs of Sunset.
Sofia Vergara played a cast member of The Shas, Kenan Thompson played Desmond Tutu and new cast member Lauren McKinnon did a hilarious turn as Bravo hairstylist Tabatha Coffey. Cohen spent all his time preening for the camera and talking about how cute he is throwing out such bon mots as: "I hope you're all hungry because I'm a cutie pie!" and, "I guess I have to ask my guests some questions. Bye bye, camera, I'll miss you." He even has a poll where viewers can vote on which ridiculous photo makes him look cuter.
Cohen himself took it all in stride, tweeting: "OMG the one night I go to bed early I'm lampooned on SNL?! Great job I am flattered! #ImLikeAShark #VeryCute." Hey, if you've big enough to be lampooned on SNL, you're doing well. Take a look:
