Smiley Face Appears in Hawaiian Volcano

A smiley face appeared in the crater of the Kilauea volcano. The video footage was captured as a helicopter from Paradise Helicopters was passing over the lava filled crater. The helicopter was piloted by Mick Kalber.

ABC News reports that the volcano has been continuously erupting since 1983. The smile can clearly be seen around the 26 second mark in the video. Take a look:
