Sasquatch is Back in the Trailer for Exists

Eduardo Sanchez, who co-wrote and directed The Blair Witch Project, is determined to bring Bigfoot back to the big screen. The movie poster declares that the "legend is real." Yes, Sasquatch is back and he's very, very angry in the new film Exists.

In the trailer five young people head out for a weekend camping trip in Texas' Big Thicket National Preserve, a state park. Due to unexpected circumstances they end up staying in a crummy cabin in the middle of the woods. And that's when Sasquatch shows up. He's not happy and he also appears to be quite hungry. This is not good for the campers.

The film stars Dora Madison Burge, Samuel Davis, Denise Williamson, Roger Edwards, Chris Osborn and Brian Steele. The screenplay was written by Jamie Nash. Who will make it out alive? We have to admit that after seeing Joss Whedon's Cabin in the Woods we're kind of ruined for this kind of film. But hey, props to Sanchez for trying to make Bigfoot happen on the big screen again.

Lionsgate will release the film on demand and in theaters on October 24, 2014. Take a look:
