Prince Caspian Slays the Competition

The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian topped the box office this past weekend, making $55,034,805. In second place was the invincible Robert Downy, Jr. in Iron Man, which took in another $31,838,996. That puts the film's cumulative take so far at a whopping $223,124,385.
In third place was What Happens in Vegas starring Ashton Kutcher and Cameron Diaz. The film took in $13,883,874, for a cumulative take of $40,341,516. In fourth place was the disappointing Speed Racer, which brought in $8,117,459 in its second week of release, for a total take so far of $30,284,073.
