Pancake Selfie Express Embarks on Nine City Tour

The Pancake Selfie Express has embarked on a nine city tour. The food truck contains the technology to make pancakes imprinted with selfies. The idea was created by Rob Riggle, the Creative Director and Breakfast Excellence Honcho for Holiday Inn Express.

There five push-button pancake machines on the Pancake Selfie Express truck. The each make one pancake per minute. The technology also imprints selfies onto each pancake. The tour runs from now through October 11. They are doing important work.
