Tom Hiddleston, Olivia Coleman and Hugh Laurie Win Golden Globes for The Night Manager

The Night Manager won three acting awards at the 2017 Golden Globes. The awards went to Tom Hiddleston, Olivia Coleman and Hugh Laurie.
Tom Hiddleston received buzz for a future James Bond role for his performance as a hotel manager and former British soldier. Olivia Coleman played MI-6's Angela Burr and Hugh Laurie is a ruthless arms trader named Richard Onslow Roper. Roper was a truly despicable person.
Olivia Colman did not attend the award because she is starring in an adaptation of Agatha Christie's Murder on the Orient Express with Judi Dench. She told BBC News, "I can't believe I was not there but it feels like the wrong thing not being there for the first week of a new job."
The Night Manager was a fascinating and terrific series. It aired on BBC and AMC. It is based on the John le Carre novel. There are hopes for a sequel but nothing has been confirmed.
