NBC's Deception Premieres on January 7

Deception series begins with the death of Vivian Bowers, a wealthy socialite, heiress to a pharmaceutical empire and notorious party girl. Vivian Bowers is found dead of an overdose.

Few are surprised by the overdose theory, but FBI agent Will Moreno (Laz Alonso) finds the death suspicious and decides to investigate. Her turns to detective Joanna Locasto (Meagan Good), once Vivian's best friend, to help uncover the dark secrets about Vivian's life.
