Michael Fassbender is the Robot of the Future

As part of the promotional push for Ridley Scott's highly anticipated film Prometheus, the studio has released a faux commercial for the androids made by the Weyland Industries.

In this clip we learn about Weyland's star product: David 8, an android that can do just about anything. He can simulate human emotion, although he does not feel it. He can blend in with a business' work force, taking on jobs that humans would find unpleasant or unethical. He even cries when need be and says wars make him sad.

The robot is played by Michael Fassbender, and is powered by Verizon. We want to purchase one, and we want one right now. Take a look:
