Bruce Willis and Christopher Meloni Face off in Marauders Trailer
Posted on June 3, 2016
The first trailer for Marauders has landed. The thriller stars Bruce Willis as the owner of a bank that is robbed by a slick crew who leaves no clues as to who they are. The FBI is assigned to the case. Christopher Meloni plays Agent Jonathan Montgomery who heads up a task force with Agents Stockwell (Dave Bautista) and Agent Wells (Adrian Grenier). There is motive for the bank's owner and wealthy clients to have been behind the heist, but something doesn't quite add up.
Set in Cinncinnati, Ohio, the film also stars Lydia Hull, Tyler Jon Olson, Texas Battle, Tara Holt and Johnathon Schaech. Adrian Grenier hasn't been seen in a major film in a while, and we have to admit when we saw him we saw Vinnie Chase, the actor he played in Entourage. Christopher Meloni is a fantastic actor and he clearly holds his own in his scenes with Bruce Willis, who appears determined to take roles in which he is either the bad guy or someone who is not overly concerned with the law.
We're also glad to see Dave Bautista on the team. He will also return for the next Guardians of the Galaxy adventure. The film was directed by Steven C. Miller and hits theaters on July 1, 2016. It will also be released on demand. Take a look:
