Heat Vision reports that Andrew Lazar's Mad Chance and Circle of Confusion have teamed up to turn the graphic novel Lore (IDW Publishing) into a movie.
Cory Goodman and Jeremy Lott will pen the screenplay. The plot of the graphic novel is mythological creatures. The story follows a man who reluctantly joins a secret order that is charged with protecting humanity from mythological creatures. Here is the description of the series from IDW:
In times past, the world was full of mythical creatures, creatures long since banished and held at bay by the secret society of Shepherds. But when the generational line of Shepherds is broken, a reluctant hero finds her life threatened from every quarter. And the creatures are coming back...The idea sounds like it has great potential.
