Lauren Graham and Alexis Bledel Star in Trailer for Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life

Netflix has released the trailer for its Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life miniseries, which will be available for streaming on November 25th. The series will consist of four, 90 minute episodes of the hit television show about a single mom raising her daughter in the fictional town of Stars Hollow, Connecticut.
Lauren Graham returns as Lorelai Gilmore, Alexis Bledel returns as Rory Gilmore and Kelly Bishop returns as Emily Gilmore. Melissa McCarthy returns as Lorelei's partner and pastry chef, Sookie St. James , and Supernatural's Jared Padelecki returns as Dean Forester. Even though he was Dean before he became Sam Winchester, somehow he'll always be Sam to us. Scott Patterson, Keiko Agena and Sean Gunn also co-star.
The trailer shows that the snappy dialogue and wit is still intact, which is not surprising given that Amy Sherman-Palladino, the creator of the series, wrote and directed all the episodes.
In the trailer Rory is feeling unsettled as she travels around the globe, Lorelei says she and Luke are happy(but she doesn't look very happy) and Emily is dealing with the death of her husband of 50 years by commissioning a near-wall sized portrait of him. Melissa McCarthy looks to be in fine form, as usual. Take a look:
