Katy Perry is Rikki, the Prison Attendant, on Raising Hope

Katy Perry is not holding back for her new role. She underwent quite a transformation for her guest starring role on Fox's Raising Hope.

Katy told Entertainment Weekly, "A couple of weeks ago, I was home, just toasting up a frozen chicken fillet when Shannon called me up and asked if I wanted to do something 'fun' for a change and try out a guest role on her TV show. I thought, sure, I have nothing else to do, and I like chillin' with my best friend."

Katy plays Rikki, a prison attendant, in the episode called, "Single White Female Role Model." She wears a red wig and prison guard uniform. The episode will air Tuesday, March 6.
