Pumpkin Spice Pizza is the Final Straw for Jimmy Kimmel

Pumpkin spice products such as Starbucks' Pumpkin Spice Latte (PSL) have been ushering in Fall for the past few years. The number of pumpkin spice products seems to expand every year. It has reached absurd levels in 2017. The latest product is Pumpkin Spice Pizza from Villa Italian Kitchen.

Villa Italian Kitchen says in its Instagram announcement, "We know you crave that warm pumpkin spice flavor at this time of year. So we've created a delicious marriage of a classic Villa Italian Kitchen cheese pizza and all the cozy, seasonal flavors of fall just for you." The pizza went on sale on September 22nd.

With Pumpkin Spice Pizza the trend became too much for Jimmy Kimmel. Kimmel says, "Pumpkin spice is not good on pizza, is nothing sacred? I'm afraid I'm going to have to ask you to pick up your phones and call your senators. Tell them we will not stand for pumpkin spice pizza."

Kimmel is against the "pumpkin spicing of America." He went over some of the many other pumpkin spice products on his show. Kimmel is right. We were in Trader Joe's earlier this week and it was exploding with pumpkin products. Take a look:
