Jennie Garth Talks About Her New Memoir

Jennie Garth has a new memoir out called Deep Thoughts From a Hollywood Blonde. She wrote the book with author Emily Heckman. In her memoir, Jennie discusses her successes and failures and her joys and sorrows. She also discusses facing life in her 40s as a single working mother to three girls following her divorce from actor Peter Facinelli.

In her memoir, Jennie also talks about her role as Kelly Taylor on the hit show, Beverly Hills 90210. Jennie says in an AP interview that she was concerned about making the show sound "too sucky" for fans. She says it was an amazing experience, but being on the show was not as glamorous as the public perceived it.

Jennie stopped by Good Morning America and was interviewed by Lara Spencer about the book. She says she missed out on lots of things working on the show for long 16 hour days at age 16. She says fans from the show have been amazing and have followed her and the rest of the cast ever since. Jennie also revealed that she is building a house for HDTV. She says she is going modern for the style of the house. Take a look:
