Here is the trailer for Mike Cahill's sf romance called I Origins. The film stars Michael Pitt as molecular biologist Dr. Ian Gray. Gray is pursuing his Ph.D. in eye evolution. He falls in love with a woman named Sofi (Astrid Berges-Frisbey). After she dies, he makes a shocking discovery that could change science and religion forever.

Archie Panjabi (The Good Wife) and Steven Yeun (The Walking Dead) co-star in the Fox Searchlight film. The film won the Alfred P. Sloan Feature Film Prize at this year's Sundance Film Festival. Take a look:
