Sneak Peek of Glee Premiere

Fox is premiering its new musical comedy/drama Glee tonight after American Idol at 9:00 p.m. Eastern/8:00 p.m. Central time. The creator is Ryan Murphy, who also created Nip/Tuck.

The show will premiere tonight, but the season won't air until the fall, so if you like the show tonight that could be a bit annoying. Still, the trailer is good. The vibe is High School Musical meets Freaks and Geeks.

The show follows the adventures of the members of the Glee Club, who rank at the very bottom of the popularity scale. When the popular football quarterback joins the club, things get shaken up. Here's the extended trailer:
