Trailer for The Fault in Our Stars Starring Shailene Woodley and Ansel Elgort

Here is the trailer for The Fault in Our Stars which is based on the bestselling YA novel by John Green. Shailene Woodley stars as Hailey, a teen who has been diagnosed with terminal cancer and depressed.

At her cancer support group (which she hates) she meets another teen named Gus (Ansel Elgort) who is in remission. The two teens are extremely intelligent and immediately connect. the book is not about cancer or death, but about learning to really live in the short time we are on this planet.

It looks like director Josh Boone has captured the spirit of the book. Willem Dafoe, Laura Dern and Sam Trammell also star. The film hits theaters on June 6th. Take a look:
