Discovery Launches 24-Hour Penguin Cam to Promote Upcoming Frozen Planet Series

Discovery has launched a penguin cam to promote its upcoming series, Frozen Planet, which airs on March 18. The series about Earth's polar regions is a co-production of the Discovery Channel and the BBC. It was made by the creators of Planet Earth and Life. The series is narrated by Alec Baldwin.
The crisp looking penguin cam can be seen below. The feed is from "Penguin Encounter" at SeaWorld San Diego. It will be available through April 30, 2012. It stars king, emperor, Adelie, gentoo and macaroni penguins. A larger version is located here on Discovery's website.
