David Boreanaz Sued for Sexual Harassment By Bones Extra

Posted on July 22, 2010

Bones star David Boreanaz is being sued by an extra on the set of the hit show. Kristina Hagen says David sexually harassed her several times, with text messages, in a car in a park and in his trailer on set. The text message included a photo of his private parts. Later on, in a bizarre incident in a park, Hagen claims David got naked and put on a little show for her, before assaulting her.

Gloria Allred is representing Hagen. She told E!, "She is an actress who is working toward her goals, but who like many other actresses has not yet been able to achieve them. For that reason, she is extremely vulnerable as many actresses are in Hollywood."

We wouldn't be in the least bit surprised if he hit on her. He's a cheater, no question. But if that really happened in the park, why did she go with him into his trailer three weeks later? That seems a bit odd. No doubt it will all come out in a sleazy trial. Unless, of course, he settles the lawsuit.

David's rep issued this statement of denial: "The allegations concerning any alleged inappropriate conduct by David Boreanaz are totally fabricated and absurd. There is no validity to this lawsuit."

The photo above was provided by Gloria Allred. It looks like a typical fan photo taken with a camera phone. Mercifully, we were spared the photo of David's privates that he allegedly sent to her. Head on over to E! for even more disgusting details of the Park Incident.
