Dark Horse Comics Announces The Strain and Orchid Comics at Comic-Con

Dark Horse Comics announced at Comic-Con 2011 that Guillermo del Toro's series, The Strain is being adapted into a graphic novel. Each novel will be adapted into 8 issues of comics. The first issue will be out in December. CBS has an images of the new comics here. The Strain cover is particularly gruesome. Rage Against the Machine's Tom Morello is also releasing a comic, called Orchid, through Dark Horse Comics in October.
