Daniel Radcliffe Goes Undercover as a Neo Nazi in Imperium Trailer
Posted on July 10, 2016
Daniel Radcliffe plays an FBI agent who must go undercover with a white supremacist group in the first trailer for Imperium. Radcliffe plays Nate Foster, a young agent whose boss (Toni Collette) sends him off to infiltrate a neo Nazi group. That means tattoos, a shaved head and a pair of jack boots. Not to mention a major attitude adjustment.
Needless to say his new terrorist buddies are pretty vile. They love violence and are super paranoid around newcomers. They are planning a domestic terror attack, and Nate must stop the attack before he gets discovered and killed. The film was inspired by true events. Since playing Harry Potter, Daniel had made really interesting role choices, from singing and dancing on Broadway to horror films to playing the bad guy in Now You See Me 2.
The film was directed by Daniel Ragussis and also stars Tracy Letts, with Nestor Carbonell, Burn Gorman and Sam Trammell. It hits theaters on August 19th. Take a look:
