Jaimie Alexander Stars in Trailer for NBC Thriller Blindspot

NBC is going full throttle with dramas and thrillers this fall. One of the more interesting of the new shows is Greg Berlanti's Blindspot. Jaimie Alexander, who is best known for playing the Asgaardian warrior Lady Sif in the Thor movies and on ABC's Agents of Shield stars as woman who is found inside a duffle bag in Times Square in New York City.
The duffle has a tag that says to call the FBI. She emerges from the duffle with no clothing and no memories at all of who she is and why she is there. But she has all her skills intact and is covered from head to toe in tattoos, just like in the movie Memento.
The logline says that a "vast international plot explodes" when the woman arrives and is questioned by the FBI agent whose name is tattooed on her back. She has many skills: in this brief trailer alone she speaks Chinese and busts out some martial arts moves. She asks the question the audience is asking: why didn't someone just call the FBI directly instead of sending them a naked woman covered in tattoos? No doubt there is a very good reason for this. Time travel seems like an obvious answer because her DNA, fingerprints and face are not in any current world databases.
We have no idea what her secret is, but we love the set up. Count us in for this one. Take a look:
