Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter Star Benjamin Walker Visits USS Abraham Lincoln

Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter star Benjamin Walker visited the USS Abraham Lincoln. Walker was in costume as Abraham Lincoln for part of his tour of the ship. A five-hour special make-up effects session transformed Walker into President Lincoln. He took photos, in character, with many of the crew, and posed in the captain's chair. The 1800 sailors aboard the ship also watched a screening of the film, which opens in theaters on June 22, 2012.

Walker said, "Becoming Abe aboard the USS Abraham Lincoln and walking the halls was an experience I'll never forget. It gave the sailors a chance to feel a bit of Hollywood magic that I hope they won't forget either."
